| Abstract (English): | We live on a planet full of abundance. The trees, the water, the mountains, even the beautiful color green. If we set aside our haste and stand in a receptive, attentive, and mindful presence before the earth we inhabit and are a part of, we will see all the abundance that surrounds us. We will notice the numerous medicinal plants that are there to heal us. And if we care for them sustainably with respect, with non-violence, they will then return that care to us in the form of balance and health. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | Vivimos en un planeta repleto de abundancia. Los árboles, el agua, las montañas o, incluso, el hermoso color verde. Si nos dejamos las prisas a un lado y nos paramos receptivos, con escucha y con presencia, frente a la tierra que habitamos y que somos, veremos toda la abundancia que nos rodea. Nos percataremos de las numerosas plantas medicinales, que están a nuestro lado para sanarnos. Y si las cuidamos con sostenibilidad y respeto, desde la no violencia, será entonces cuando ellas nos devuelvan esos cuidados, en forma de equilibrio y de salud. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
