Abstract (English): Dyslalias known as all changes in the emission of certain vowel and consonant sounds, caused by alterations in fonoarticuladores organs (lips, tongue, cheeks, palate, respiratory, supraglottic cavities), which can be caused by abnormal development in growth, as or in place, due to different etiological factors. As the cases are classified as: developmental, functional and organic audiogenic. The presence of disfiguring oral habits, is intimately connected with the dyslalias, both the tongue and intermaxillary space, undergo significant changes in growth, as well as the intermaxillary space morphology and musculature of the tongue, which may also play a part in voice. The development of common habits associated with dyslalias are: finger sucking, mouth breathing, rhinolalia, difficulty chewing, swallowing atypical suction of upper and lower lip and sucking a pacifier. The steps to evaluate the level of language of a child are: see the general level of development of the child, choose different procedures to explore processes and functions of language, see what the sequence of evaluation, determine the child's developmental level and interpret the results. Treatment consist myofunctoinal therapy to be carried out between the dentist and speech therapist, the ratio between these two professional anatomical and functional character.
