Abstract (English): This article aims to evaluate and compare the synergistic factors of the Sinner circle (physics, chemistry, temperature and mechanical) in the laundry with systemic factors proposed by organizational theories. The Sinner was developed by German Henkel (1960) as factors in the efficiency of washing clothes. We propose a systemic architecture for the washing clothes process (all). The evolution of technology inputs in the wash as textile fibers, equipment, environmental law, health and quality of life, are sufficient to propose a revision of factors Sinner. The laundry can no longer be considered as an evolution of the laundress in the edge of a creek. As a limitation of the study, there is the little literature about laundry and the concept of circle Sinner, still regarded as the washing process definitive tool. An environment can not be considered as a closed system. The systemic view potentially evolves into a holistic environment where the whole is composed of parts and the parts must be evaluated with the focus on the whole. The study of the isolated part is to reduce the whole. The purpose of the article is in the rupture of the cartesian mechanistic view of the Sinner circle advancing for a systemic architecture. We conclude that external factors affect and impact the laundry systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Portuguese): Este artigo propõe-se a avaliar e comparar os fatores sinergéticos do círculo de Sinner (física, química, temperatura e mecânica) na lavagem de roupa, com os fatores sistêmicos propostos pelas teorias organizacionais. O Sinner foi desenvolvido pela Alemã Henkel, (1960) como fatores da eficiência da lavagem de roupas. Propõe-se uma arquitetura sistêmica para o processo (todo) da lavagem de roupas. A evolução da tecnologia nos insumos da lavagem como as fibras têxtil, equipamentos, legislação ambiental, sanitária e qualidade de vida, já são suficientes para propor uma revisão dos fatores de Sinner. A lavanderia não pode mais ser considerada como uma evolução da lavadeira à beira de um riacho. Como limitação do estudo, há a pouca literatura existente sobre lavanderia e o conceito de círculo de Sinner, ainda considerada como ferramenta definitiva do processo de lavagem. Um ambiente não pode ser considerado como um sistema fechado. A visão sistêmica evolui potencialmente para um ambiente holístico onde o todo é composto por partes e as partes devem ser avaliadas com o foco no todo. O estudo isolado da parte é reduzir o todo. A proposta do artigo está na ruptura da visão cartesiana e mecanicista do círculo de Sinner avançando para uma arquitetura sistêmica. Conclui-se que, após o levantamento bibliográfico e um grupo de lavanderias, os condicionantes externos interferem e impactam nos sistemas de lavagem de roupa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
