The article reports that four U. S. Marines were charged in the murder of two dozen Iraqi civilians in Haditha (Iraq) 2005. The Marines were charged with murder, dereliction of duty and failure to ensure accurate information about the incident travelled up the chain of command. Staff Sergeant Frank Wuterich is charged with 13 counts of murder. |
