(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SFC) intends to change its name to "BlueOcean NutraSciences Inc." to better reflect the Company's industry focus. The name change will become effective on Thursday June 5, 2014, at which time the Company will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol "BOC".
