| Abstract: | A man has been arrested after allegedly decapitating a dog because it 'looked at him weird'. Javier Orelly, 28, is accused of 'kicking and throwing his dog around' a police report from Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said. Neighbours reported the abuse and when officers arrived Orelly was 'digging a grave' next to a large headless dog. Orelly told police he stabbed the dog in the neck because of the weird look that it gave him. |
