Part Three discusses the evaluator′s craft. Using a number of original and innovative case studies to illustrate the processes and perspectives of evaluations, this book draws on applications of evaluation tools from `real-life′ situations. Focusing on development programmes and projects in developing countries, the conceptual and methodological frameworks can be applied in evaluation research across the social sciences.
