Title: The Role of Social Determinants of Health in Epilepsy

The book will appeal to a wide variety of audiences and offers the reader an opportunity to better understand the concept of social determinants of health and how they impact those living with chronic conditions like epilepsy. Specific considerations are placed on describing the impact of low socio-economic status and discrimination, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic.
