| Abstract: | The article presents a multi-center cross-sectional study conducted in hospital palliative care services, home hospice and inpatient hospices in Singapore to determine the prevalence of psychological morbidity, burnout and the use of coping mechanisms among the practitioners of palliative care. The study emphasized the importance of promoting the use of such mechanisms in order to reduce psychological morbidity and burnout, which are common in the palliative care community. |
