Abstract: The article presents a study which investigates the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle training in reducing the symptoms of urinary incontinence. The study used randomized controlled clinical trial to assess urinary incontinence symptoms and pelvic floor muscle strength. The study revealed that urinary incontinence symptoms of all participants has been reduced after undergoing a home based pelvic floor muscle training for 12 weeks.
