Abstract: The article discusses the case of a 14-year-old boy with a history of inhalant dependence syndrome. The patient's socioeconomic background and medical history are explored who sniffs tubes of toluene-based adhesive every day. He was prescribed baclofen to prevent inhalant cravings and received psychosocial support, which effectively reduced inhalant cravings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
