| Abstract: | The article presents the study on the use of non-cognitive skill building by colleges, universities, and employers in the U.S to promote academic and career success, highlighting the My Wildcat Track program at the University of Arizona. The categories of SEA skills are discussed which are social skills, interpersonal skills, and learning and work. The results reportedly revealed that schools prefer skills that contribute to learning and work than interpersonal and social skills. |
