Abstract: The article discusses development of the Coalition for Next Generation Life Science initiative that responds to challenges by adopting a series of transparency enhancing efforts to help students facing challenges in making career choices in biomedicine. Topics discussed include grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), helping universities to better target their programs to actual career outcomes and platform offered by University of Michigan.
