Abstract: The article presents a study which described adherence levels across post-hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) medical regimen tasks and examines the role of dyadic factors in the successful adherence in HCT. Topics discussed include the characteristics of the patients involved in the study, and associations between adherence and demographic, psychological, and clinical factors, and clinical implications.
