Abstract: The article focuses on the development of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines and the challenges related to its allocation. It mentions the complex issues involving public opinion, diplomacy, economics and public health. The authors' provide an ethical and practical proposal for the allocation of the vaccine, which is the Fair Priority Model, that proceeds in three phases.
