| Abstract (English): | This review article aimed to analyze and synthesize the existing information on the role of the family in interventions and treatment processes based on the Transtheoretical Model by Stages of Change and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in addiction rehabilitation. For this, the preparation of a bibliographic review of scientific literature in Spanish and English in different databases was used as a method. The search was carried out in three moments that resulted in a total of 61 articles of high and medium methodological quality published between 2004 and 2019. This review points out the need to investigate and delve into the crucial role of the family within the processes of cognitive-behavioral interventions based on the Transtheoretical Model, since one of the limitations in recent years is that the research and documentation on these issues are limited and of low methodological quality. | Abstract (Spanish): | Este artículo de revisión tuvo como objetivo analizar y sintetizar la información existente sobre el rol que tiene la familia en las intervenciones y procesos de tratamiento a partir del Modelo Transteórico por Etapas de Cambio y la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual en la rehabilitación de adicciones. Para esto se usó como método la elaboración de una revisión bibliográfica de literatura científica en español e inglés en diferentes bases de datos; la búsqueda se realizó en tres momentos que dieron como resultado un total de 61 artículos de alta y mediana calidad metodológica con artículos realizados en los años 2004-2019. Esta revisión señala la necesidad de investigar y ahondar en el rol crucial de la familia dentro de los procesos de intervenciones cognitivo-conductuales basadas en el Modelo Transteórico, puesto que una de las limitaciones en los últimos años es que las investigaciones y documentaciones respecto a estos temas son reducidas y de baja calidad metodológica. | Abstract (Portuguese): | Este artigo de revisão teve como objetivo analisar e sintetizar as informações existentes sobre o papel da família nas intervenções e processos de tratamento com base no Modelo Transteórico por Estágios de Mudança e Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental na reabilitação de dependências. Para tanto, utilizou-se como método a elaboração de uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura científica em espanhol e inglês em diferentes bases de dados; A busca foi realizada em três momentos que resultaram em um total de 61 artigos de alta e média qualidade metodológica com artigos realizados nos anos de 2004-2019. Esta revisão aponta a necessidade de investigar e aprofundar o papel crucial da família dentro dos processos de intervenções cognitivo-comportamentais baseadas no Modelo Transteórico, uma vez que uma das limitações nos últimos anos são as pesquisas e documentações a respeito destes tópicos são reduzidas e de baixa qualidade metodológica.
