Abstract: In the article, the authors present their study, which aimed to develop a Farsi version of the Belief in a Day of Judgment Scale (BDJS) and investigate BDJS' psychometric properties and factorial structure. Topics include how Abrahamic religions of Islam, Christianity and Judaism believe in BDJ, eternal life (Heaven) and eternal torment (Hell), and how BDJ could worsen death anxiety and death fear.
