Abstract: Polygenic Scores (PGS) were calculated using the imputation dosage for each risk allele based on the results of the following GWAS: SCZ [[8]], BD [[9]], MDD [[10]], and SA [[6]]. However, our positive results could derive not only from the proportion of individuals with a previous diagnosis of SCZ or BD in our sample of suicide completers but also from the shared genetic bases between SB and these psychiatric disorders. Keywords: Completed suicide; Polygenic risk score; Schizophrenia; Bipolar disorder; Major depressive disorder; Suicide attempt EN Completed suicide Polygenic risk score Schizophrenia Bipolar disorder Major depressive disorder Suicide attempt 355 358 4 03/24/22 20220401 NES 220401 Marina Mitjans and Sergi Papiol are co-first authors; Bárbara Arias and Antoni Benabarre are co-last authors.
