Abstract:	The article focuses on description and application of an evaluation scheme for assessment from a decision-making perspective. Although the role of psychological tester historically has played a central part in the development of clinical psychology, the conceptualization of this function has undergone considerable revision in the last 30 years. Researchers have noted that the initial view of the role of the clinician was to integrate test data so as to arrive at an accurate description of the individual. Most often this description ultimately resulted in assigning the diagnostic category.
