Abstract:	The article explores the relationship between the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised (PPVT-R) and the Wide Range Achievement Test-Revised (WRAT-R). The PPVT-R standard score correlated positively and significantly with the WRAT Reading standard score. PPVT test is designed to evaluate the receptive vocabulary ability of children and adults. It was developed in 1959 and revised in 1981. While WRAT was published in 1936 and revised in 1946, 4965, 1976, and 1978.
