| Abstract: | The article presents a study which molecularly characterized axolotl telencephalon cell types, neurogenesis, and evolutionary conservation. Topics include results of single-cell and single-nucleus genomic profiling of the telencephalon, finding on the glutamatergic neurons contained in the axoloth telencephalon, and evidence of the cell types and gene expression patterns associated with mammalian telencephalon regions in the amphibian brain. |
