Abstract: In this commentary, the authors highlight the importance of intraprofessional communities of practice (CoPs) for specialists and family physicians practicing comprehensive evidence‐based care. The authors explore how power dynamics can be meaningfully incorporated into continuing medical education to reap the multi‐perspectival benefit of intraprofessional CoPs for continuing professional development and medical education.
