| Abstract: | This article discusses a rare complication of endovascular therapy (EVT) for intracranial aneurysm rupture called delayed non-ischemic cerebral enhancing (NICE) lesions. The case report presented describes a 55-year-old woman who developed NICE lesions after treatment with a flow diversion stent. The patient experienced stroke-like symptoms but was ultimately diagnosed with epileptic seizures on NICE lesions. The article highlights the rarity of this complication and suggests corticosteroid therapy as a treatment option.
