Abstract: The article offers information on the generation of a unified, population-scale gene-regulatory atlas of human brain development, systematically characterizing gene, isoform, and splicing quantitative trait loci (xQTLs) across 672 samples from diverse ancestries. Topics include the identification of genes harboring cis-xQTLs; the timing and molecular features of neuropsychiatric GWAS heritability; and the prioritization of candidate risk genes and mechanisms for top loci.
