Abstract: The article presents a study which assessed the extent to which ChatGPT provided accurate advice regarding screening mammography among women aged 75 and above. Topics discussed include evaluation of ChatGPT recommendation for fundamental questions about breast cancer screening, ChatGPT recommendation containing appropriate and inappropriate clinical information and examination of the information, and key to achieving the potential of ChatGPT as patient education aids.
