| Abstract (English): | This paper explores the mechanisms that lead to a destructive tendency in the formation and functioning of the psychic apparatus, to the characteristic states of subjects who are drawn to non-life. The dynamics of the primary mother-child relationship involve a structural interaction between mind and body, subject and object. The dialectic between the life drive and the death drive is conceptualized as the structuring of homeostatic dynamic equilibria, in which both drives belong to the living, provided they are kept in a non-isolated system. This conception has analogies with other disciplines that have changed their paradigms, such as neurobiology, which, for living beings in open systems, hypothesises a continuous interconnected Becoming of undivided separation and of discontinuity. In unitary psyche-soma functioning, a dynamic homoeostatic balance marks the state of health of the relating subject; or if, instead, the system is isolated, a pathological dysregulation depending on the emotional-affective vicissitudes it undergoes. Two clinical cases illustrate these dynamics. For this tendency on the level of the somatopsychic unit, the name alloiosis has been put forward, in analogy with cellular apoptosis. | Abstract (French): | Cet article explore les mécanismes conduisant à une tendance destructrice dans la formation et le fonctionnement de l'appareil psychique ainsi qu'aux états caractéristiques des individus attirés par la non-vie. La dynamique de la relation primaire mère-enfant implique une interaction structurelle entre psychisme et corps, sujet et objet. La dialectique entre la pulsion de vie et la pulsion de mort est conceptualisée en tant que structuration de l'équilibre dynamique homéostatique, dans lequel les deux pulsions appartiennent au vivant, sous réserve qu'elles demeurent au sein d'un système non isolé. Cette conception a des points communs avec d'autres disciplines qui ont changé de paradigmes, telle que la neurobiologie qui, concernant les êtres vivant dans des systèmes ouverts, postule un devenir continu interconnecté de séparation non divisée et de discontinuité. Dans le fonctionnement unitaire psyché-soma, un équilibre homéostatique dynamique connote l'état de santé du sujet en relation ; ou bien, au contraire, si le système est isolé, on a affaire à une dérégulation pathologique dépendant des vicissitudes émotionnelles et affectives. Deux cas cliniques viennent illustrer ces dynamiques. | Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag werden die Mechanismen untersucht, die zu einer destruktiven Tendenz bei der Bildung und Funktionsweise des psychischen Apparats führen, zu den charakteristischen Zuständen von Subjekten, die sich zum Nicht-Leben hingezogen fühlen. Die Dynamik der primären Mutter-Kind-Beziehung beinhaltet eine strukturelle Interaktion zwischen Geist und Körper, Subjekt und Objekt. Die Dialektik zwischen Lebenstrieb und Todestrieb wird als Strukturierung homöostatischer dynamischer Gleichgewichte begriffen, in denen beide Triebe zu den Lebenden gehören, sofern sie in einem nicht isolierten System gehalten werden. Diese Konzeption hat Analogien zu anderen Disziplinen, die ihre Paradigmen gewechselt haben, wie z.B. die Neurobiologie, die für Lebewesen in offenen Systemen ein kontinuierliches zusammenhängendes Werden von ungeteilter Trennung und von Diskontinuität annimmt. Bei einem einheitlichen Funktionieren von Psyche und Soma kennzeichnet ein dynamisches homöostatisches Gleichgewicht den Gesundheitszustand des betreffenden Subjekts; ist das System hingegen isoliert, kommt es zu einer pathologischen Dysregulation, die von den emotional-affektiven Wechselfällen abhängt, denen es ausgesetzt ist. Zwei klinische Fälle veranschaulichen diese Dynamik. | Abstract (Italian): | Questo lavoro approfondisce i meccanismi che nella formazione e nel funzionamento dell'apparato psichico portano alla deriva distruttiva, quegli stati caratteristici di soggetti attratti verso la non-vita. Le dinamiche della relazione primaria madre-bambino implicano un'interazione strutturale tra mente e corpo, soggetto e oggetto. La dialettica tra pulsione di vita e pulsione di morte è concettualizzata come strutturazione di equilibri dinamici omeostatici, in cui entrambe le pulsioni appartengono al vivente se mantenute in un sistema non isolato. Tale concezione presenta analogie con altre discipline che hanno modificato i loro paradigmi, come la neurobiologia, che per gli esseri viventi in sistemi aperti prevede un continuo divenire interconnesso di separazione indivisa e di discontinuità. Nel funzionamento unitario psiche-soma un equilibrio dinamico omeostatico connota lo stato di salute del soggetto in relazione, o, al contrario, se il sistema resta isolato, una disregolazione patologica, dipendente dai vissuti emotivo-affettivi. Due casi clinici illustrano tali dinamiche. Si propone per questa deriva a livello dell'unità somatopsichica il nome di alloiosi, in analogia con l'apoptosi cellulare. En este artículo se exploran los mecanismos que conducen a una tendencia destructiva en la formación y el funcionamiento del aparato psíquico, a los estados característicos de sujetos que son atraídos a la no-vida. La dinámica de la relación primaria madre-niño implica una interacción estructural entre mente y cuerpo, sujeto y objeto. Se concibe la dialéctica entre la pulsión de vida y la pulsión de muerte como la estructuración del equilibro dinámico homeostático, en que ambas pulsiones corresponden a los seres vivos siempre y cuando sean mantenidos en un sistema no aislado. Esta concepción tiene analogías con otras disciplinas que han cambiado sus paradigmas, tal como la neurobiología, que propone la hipótesis, para los seres vivos en sistemas abiertos, de un continuo devenir interconectado de separación indivisa y de discontinuidad. En el funcionamiento psique-soma unitario, el equilibrio homeostático dinámico marca el estado de salud del sujeto relacionador; o si, en vez de ello, el sistema es aislado, se desarrolla una desregulación patológica dependiendo de la vicisitudes emocionales-afectivas.
