Descriptive statistics, the Mann-Whitney U test, and Spearman correlations were developed. Results: Significant differences and medium effect sizes were found in respiratory tract conditions, sleep disorders, and behavioral problems, with a more significant presence in boys. At the correlational level, negative relationships were found for boys between resilience and the dimensions of respiratory problems, sleep problems, and appetite issues. In contrast, positive correlations were found between the dimensions of selfconcept and life satisfaction with the dimension of social functioning for girls. Conclusion: Significant differences were found in the Colombian preschool children population's state regarding quality of life and psychological well-being according to gender.
