Abstract: The article focuses on a case study of a 74-year-old female patient experiencing left-sided pain and severe paresthesia in her hand, attributed to multiple neuropathies, including severe bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and left ulnar compression neuropathy. The patient's chronic low back pain, stemming from lumbar spinal stenosis, led to maladaptive postural habits that contributed to her ulnar nerve entrapment. Diagnostic evaluations, including electrophysiological studies and ultrasound, confirmed the conditions, and the patient received ultrasound-guided corticosteroid injections and physical therapy, resulting in significant symptom relief. The case illustrates the interconnectedness of chronic pain and compensatory behaviors, emphasizing the importance of addressing underlying issues to prevent further complications.
