Abstract (English): The aim of this article is to visualise the importance of including culturally sensitive and competent supervision in clinical practice, which allows for the recognition of contextual factors and their influence on the person of the therapist, the construction of the therapeutic system, the perspective of the supervisor and the clinical supervision space. For this, the meaning of culturally sensitive and competent supervision as a tool within systemic psychotherapy and its link with the GGRRAAACCEEESSS Social Model (SG) is presented as a form of operationalisation in the supervision space that considers the following elements: gender, race, religion, age, ability, class, culture, ethnicity, education, sexuality, spirituality and geography. It is concluded that adopting a culturally sensitive and competent stance would imply an ethical and professional responsibility necessary to work in an understanding and respectful manner with the clients. Se concluye que adoptar una postura culturalmente sensible y competente implicaría una responsabilidad ética y profesional necesaria para trabajar de manera comprensiva y respetuosa con los consultantes.
