| Abstract: | This article merges the psychology of C. G. Jung with eight Disney movies that possess significant depth psychological value. Themes of development and transformation are prominent throughout, and the archetypal foundations of these processes are examined through the stories and, typically, one central song that illustrates the tale's meaning. Spanning the years 1989–2019, these films provide material that opens many avenues into the psyche and the nature of the universe as a whole. The reader is encouraged to watch the movies and listen to the music. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
