Abstract: Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a common hereditary muscular dystrophy, virtual reality technology as an emerging therapeutic method has been gradually applied to the rehabilitation treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy patients. This paper reviews the current management status of Duchenne muscular dystrophy patients, the application effect of virtual reality technology in the rehabilitation treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy patients, and points out the challenges faced by the application of virtual reality technology in the field of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, aiming to provide a basis for the care of muscular dystrophy patients.
