Abstract: An introduction is presented in which the editor discusses articles within the issue on topics including exposure therapy in the treatment of anxiety disorders, symptom exacerbation rates among female post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) patients treated using prolonged exposure, and attrition in obsessive-compulsive disorder that use exposure and response prevention.
