| Abstract: | The main focus of the article is recent advances across diverse biological and physical sciences, highlighting innovative research methods and findings. Key studies include the engineering of vault particles as a "transcriptome recorder" to capture cellular RNA histories in mammalian cells, enabling insights into drug resistance in lung cancer; the use of drone imaging to document social assistance during sperm whale births; and the application of NASA/CNES SWOT satellite data to analyze tsunami dynamics following a major Kamchatka earthquake. Additional research covers mosquito genetics related to insecticide resistance, macrophage roles in tumor matrix formation, and biomarkers predicting pancreatic islet transplant success. The article also addresses topics such as chromatin’s role in transcription under torsion, epigenetic memory of inflammation in skin stem cells, and the social sycophancy of AI chatbots.
