Abstract: This article focuses on the All Together Better Health (ATBH) conferences, a global movement advancing interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP) among health and social care professionals. Since its inception in 1997, ATBH has evolved into a biennial international platform fostering collaboration, research, and policy development to improve health equity and system resilience. The 11th conference, held in Qatar in 2023, emphasized cultivating a collaborative culture through themes reflecting local heritage and global health challenges, highlighting the importance of embedding IPECP in health systems worldwide. The article also discusses the need for culturally sensitive, evidence-based policies and standards to support sustainable interprofessional collaboration amid complex global health crises.
