Abstract: The article discusses the history of multiple sclerosis (MS). It is said that there is an increasing prevalence of MS manifested in more northern countries, in which there is an increasing sex ratio accounts in overall prevalence in Canada. It is cited that there is a continuous evaluation of treatment efficacy of MS, and a neurological research to identify the cause of the rising incidence of MS.
