Abstract: Presents a study which investigates whether leptin may similarly regulate hypothalamic endocannabinoids in mice. Experiment where mice were injected with leptin; Indication from findings that endocannabinoids in the hypothalamus may tonically activate CB1 receptors to maintain food intake and form part of the neural circuitry regulated by leptin.
