Abstract: The article presents several case studies related to seizures that are initially diagnosed as panic attacks. A 46 year old man with a right temporal lobe tumour and a significant past history of depression and hallucination is one such patient. Another patient, a 45 year old man with similar seizures was initially diagnosed and managed as panic attacks.
