Abstract: The article reports that majority of crime is committed by a minority of individuals who show mild to severe conduct problems in childhood and adolescence in Great Britain in 2009. With this regard, it suggests that early interventions, such as early parenting programmes should be made more widely available. According to several research, with early intervention, it will not only reduce the risk of future offending, but give young children being born to have a better life.
