| Abstract: | The article presents a study which aimed to determine how psychiatric co-morbidity was identified and assessed in studies of attentional bias in clinical samples of patients with alcohol use disorders (AUDs). The authors used a systematic review to collate studies and abstract data on their samples. They conclude that there needs to be a consistent approach to measuring psychiatric co-morbidity with AUDs and further research is needed to asses their impact on attentional biases in AUDs. |
