| Abstract: | The article presents a study which found perceived sport competence influences teenagers' enjoyment of physical activity. The research methodology includes a total of 394 participants who were 12- and 13-year old boys and girls from schools in Italy, completion of the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale and Physical Self Description Questionnaire-Short, and Pearson's correlation test to assess variables in individual data concerning physical self-concept factors such as endurance, coordination, strength, sport skill, and flexibility. |
