Abstract: The article focuses on the influence of various U.S. service learning programs on college students' moral reasoning. The respondents were divided in two groups and were asked to accomplish the Defining Issues Test (DIT-2) prior to and after a service learning course. Results show that the group comprised of the service learning participants had a considerably higher moral reasoning than the other group.
