Abstract (English): IThe paper focus, first, exposes the general framework of public intervention in the real estate market, in which the impact on property rights is inherent. After that, secondly, are described some of the challenges that the Pandemic has posed in that industry and, finally, are critically examined some regulatory initiatives adopted. Abstract (Spanish): El trabajo expone en primer lugar el marco general de intervención pública en el mercado inmobiliario, en el que es consustancial la incidencia en el derecho de propiedad. Tras ello, en segundo lugar, se relatan algunos de los retos que la Pandemia ha planteado en el sector y, por último, se examinan críticamente algunas iniciativas normativas adoptadas.
