Abstract (Spanish): Después de realizar un amplio andlisis del debate politico en Alemania provocado por el punto de inflexi6n (zei-tenwende) del nuevo gobierno progresista en materia de seguridad, ante la guerra en Ucrania, se reflexiona el contexto global en que ello tiene lugar.
