| Abstract (English): |
The article presents the projects and programs of the Chilean Navy, including the construction of multipurpose vessels in ASMAR, the renovation of air defense missiles, and the modernization of air search radars. The incorporation of Australian frigates with SM-2MR Block IlIA missiles and Raytheon Evolved Sea Sparrow ESSM missiles is highlighted. The modernization of the combat management system and the incorporation of sonars are also mentioned. The Chilean Navy has plans to modernize its fleet of frigates, build a new icebreaker, and renovate Type 209 submarines. In addition, Airbus Helicopters H-125 helicopters have been acquired to replace the Bell HU-578 Jet Ranger. [Extracted from the article] |

El artículo presenta los proyectos y programas de la Armada de Chile, incluyendo la construcción de buques multipropósito en ASMAR, la renovación de misiles de defensa aérea y la modernización de radares de búsqueda aérea. Se destaca la incorporación de fragatas australianas con misiles SM-2MR Block IlIA y misiles ESSM de Raytheon Evolved Sea Sparrow. También se menciona la modernización del sistema de gestión de combate y la incorporación de sonares. La Armada de Chile tiene planes para modernizar su flota de fragatas, construir un nuevo rompehielos y renovar submarinos tipo 209.
