Abstract (English): In the history of the peasant struggle it is possible to identify constant and definitive practices that guarantee the material reproduction of the peasantry as a way of life. These practices are carried out mainly by women who have been responsible for ensuring food, care and administration of additional income in families. In addition to doing housework, caring for their children, preparing food, and guaranteeing the reproduction of the labor force, they also generated a productive dynamic around the peasant economy that has guaranteed the idea of freedom to this day.
