| Abstract: | La estrategia crítica decolonial que propongo en este ensayo requiere de un esfuerzo epistemológico que aúna reflexión, debate y prácticas culturales a través de las cuales desmontar la razón colonial y sus herramientas de sometimiento. La colonialidad se impone, sutilmente, en buena cantidad de ofertas para el turismo en La Habana de hoy, sin tener en cuenta cómo estas reproducen códigos excluyentes y discriminatorios. El texto es una invitación a un recorrido antiturístico por una Habana negra invisible, revelando nuevas formas de colonialidad que el turismo, la creciente gentrificación y la llegada de nuevos capitales han impuesto sobre el tejido urbano y social de La Habana del siglo XXI. Al tiempo que miramos al momento presente y sus nuevas formas de colonialidad, nuestro caminar por La Habana Vieja se encarga también de develar las huellas de un pasado afrodescendiente convenientemente silenciado. En un itinerario que parte de la Plaza de la Catedral para terminar en la Loma del Ángel, dejamos que hable el silencio colonial y se visualice aquello que no está presente, pero que se intuye. The critical decolonial perspective that I put forth in this essay requires an epistemological effort that combines reflection, debate, and a cultural praxis through which colonial reason and its tools of subjugation might be dismantled. Coloniality is imposed, in subtle ways, through many of the tourism products and services in today's Havana, without taking into consideration the ways these services reproduce excluding and discriminatory codes. This text is an invitation to an antitouristic tour throughout an invisible Black Havana. It reveals new forms of coloniality that tourism, growing gentrification processes and the new influx of foreign capital have imposed over twenty-first-century Havana's urban and social fabric. While we look at the present moment and its new forms of coloniality, our walking throughout Old Havana is also tasked with revealing the traces of an Afro-descendant past that has been conveniently silenced. In an itinerary that departs from the Plaza de la Catedral to finally arrive at the Loma del Ángel, we let the colonial silence speak for itself, and we also allow for that which is not present but can be intuitively perceived to be visualized.
