Abstract (English): The article titled "Ellas. Las estudiantes de la Residencia de Señoritas" is a comprehensive and well-documented work that allows us to approach the Residencia de Señoritas from an unusual angle in historical accounts. The author, Encarnación Lemus, focuses on the collection of letters held in the Residencia's archive, as well as other documentary sources and publications related to this accommodation and study place for young women. Through these letters, aspects of the students' lives are revealed, such as their family relationships, economic circumstances, personal and professional experiences, travels, and stays abroad. Las estudiantes de la Residencia de Señoritas" es una obra amplia y documentada que nos permite acercarnos a la Residencia de Señoritas desde un ángulo no habitual en los relatos históricos. La autora, Encarnación Lemus, se enfoca en la colección de cartas que custodia el archivo de la Residencia, así como en otros fondos documentales y publicaciones relacionadas con este lugar de alojamiento y estudio para mujeres jóvenes. A través de estas cartas, se revelan aspectos de la vida de las estudiantes, como sus relaciones familiares, circunstancias económicas, experiencias personales y profesionales, viajes y estancias en el extranjero.
