| Abstract (English): | In this article, the classic approach of Alexander Chayanov (1966) is recovered, especially on the domestic/family mode of production and its non-capitalist form of economic rationality, with the main objective of empirically testing whether the categories of analysis of the peasant economy are relevant for understand Nasa family farming and if this is a strategic structural component of their struggle to build other models of economy, society and life. Taking into account the main objective, is presented a quantitative study of the data from the Nasa Experimental Pilot Survey (EPEN) applied between 2014 and 2015 in the Nasa Reserves from Toribío (includes Tacueyó and San Francisco), Jambaló and San Lorenzo de Caldono. | Abstract (Spanish): | En este artículo se recupera el enfoque clásico de Alexander Chayanov (1966) sobre el modo de producción doméstico/familiar y su forma de racionalidad económica no capitalista, con el objetivo principal de comprobar empíricamente si las categorías de análisis de la economía campesina son pertinentes para entender la agricultura familiar Nasa, y si esta es un componente estructural estratégico de su lucha por construir otros modelos de economía, sociedad y vida. Teniendo en cuenta el objetivo principal, se presenta un estudio cuantitativo en el que se analizan los datos de la Encuesta Piloto Experimental Nasa (Epen), aplicada entre los años 2014 y 2015 en los resguardos Nasa de Toribío (incluye Tacueyó y San Francisco), Jambaló y San Lorenzo de Caldono, en el norte del departamento del Cauca.
