| Abstract (English): | The 2030 Agenda introduces an inclusive and transactional approach to disability, overcoming traditional and welfare models. The Social Model of disability, improved by the Covention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CDPD) and Human Rights, introduced a perspective of citizenship and support for autonomy and independent living of disabilities persons. This current approach to disability, the public policy instruments, and public institutions promote it have no place in the discourse and ideology of the extreme rights parties. This article analyzes the contributions of the 2030 Agenda y CDPD to disability and compare them with the programs and ideology of extreme rights parties in Spain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | La Agenda 2030 introduce un enfoque inclusivo y transaccional de la discapacidad, superando los modelos tradicionales y asistenciales. El modelo social de la discapacidad que impulsa la Convención de Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (CDPD) permite considerar a la persona con discapacidad desde un plano de ciudadanía y apoyos para la autonomía y vida independiente. Este enfoque actual de la discapacidad y los instrumentos de política pública e instituciones que lo impulsan no tienen cabida en el discurso e ideario de los partidos de extrema derecha o ultraderecha. A lo largo de este artículo se analizan los enfoques y aportaciones de la Agenda 2030 y CDPD a la discapacidad y se contrasta con los programas e ideario de los partidos políticos de ultraderecha en España.
