Furthermore, the need for an ethical commitment that fosters coexistence, respect for diversity, and social responsibility is highlighted, as well as the relevance of leadership that inspires trust and promotes an inclusive and participatory academic environment. Se discuten conceptos clave como la identidad, misión, liderazgo y transparencia, enfatizando que la ética debe ser parte integral de la cultura organizacional y de la toma de decisiones. Además, se destaca la necesidad de un compromiso ético que fomente la convivencia, el respeto por la diversidad y la responsabilidad social, así como la relevancia de un liderazgo que inspire confianza y promueva un entorno académico inclusivo y participativo.
